#stop_sexting released an information booklet for refugees “Ukrainians Abroad: Safety in Crisis”

Forced stay in another country during war is a big test for every person. It can cause many experiences: from a state of relief to a strong one of anger. And in this condition, it is important to support yourself, because our mental health affects our physical well-being, as well as relationships with loved ones. That is why the specialists of the educational project #stop_sexting and training for adults on conducting social support groups “Time to talk” created a booklet for temporarily displaced persons on supporting themselves and their children.

In this booklet, you will find information about:

    • Emigration and mental health: how to support yourself abroad
    • How can we help a child to support mental health?
    • How to protect yourself from inappropriate content during the war?
    • Relationships on the Internet: by what criteria can be determined an online criminal?
    • How to protect a child from a situation of sexual exploitation?
    • What are the signs of excessive online time in children and adults?

We thank you for your interest in the booklet and wish you safety in the offline and online world. We will be incredibly grateful to you for distributing useful materials among those who were forced to temporarily leave Ukraine.
